Connecting with the natural world is proven to have significant benefits to our mental and physical wellbeing. Outdoor therapy brings nature, movement, and mindfulness into therapy.
Outdoor therapy provides an option for people who:
1. Finding face to face therapy too intense
2. Finding sitting through a session and not being able to move around difficult
3. Don`t feel safe in an enclosed environment due to the virus pandemic Walk and talk next to each other can be a more relaxed experience. However, walking isn`t a must, and your session will be tailored to your individual needs and benefits.
